Orders can only be placed for personal use; any commercial use is excluded.
ATELIER79 reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, such as for example in the following non-exhaustive cases: (a) if one of your previous orders has been the subject of a dispute with ATELIER79; (b) if ATELIER79 has valid grounds for considering that you (i) have breached these Terms and Conditions, (ii) have not paid for products; (iii) are engaged in fraudulent or gray market activities (i.e. the resale of products through a channel not authorized by ATELIER79); or (iv) you refuse to provide any information that ATELIER79 is required to collect by law; or if ATELIER79 (c) believes that the cancellation is necessary to comply with the law; or (d) has the right to cancel an order provided in these Terms and Conditions. Any prior payment will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the order by ATELIER79.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
All products purchased on the Website are rigorously accompanied by our certificate of authenticity which will be given to you with the Product.
PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in the currency(ies) specified on the Site.

SHIPMENT
During the process ordering the products and services, we will inform you of the delivery time as well as the various delivery options available for the products ordered. We reserve the right to divide the products ordered into several packages and/or shipments. Although ATELIER79 cannot guarantee a delivery time, it provides the following general shipping guidelines: the made-to-order products will generally be delivered within three (3) weeks from the date of order confirmation.
The delivery note must be signed and the package delivered by/to an adult person, aged at least 18 years old. Hence, the person receiving the delivery is deemed to have done so with your authorization.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
Please note that you are responsible for all customs duties and taxes, which can be paid upon delivery based on your country.
SHIPMENT LOCATION
The products will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided us. Please note that PO boxes and letterboxes cannot be used for the delivery of our products. You or a person of your choice that has your authorization must receive your order in person. If you indicate a hotel address as the delivery address for your order, please note that delivery can only be made to the person you have indicated in your order as authorized to receive it and that the products can under no circumstances be delivered to the hotel reception.
PROBLEMS OF SHIPMENT

RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In any unfortunate case where satisfaction is not met, ATELIER79 will honor all returns initiated within 14 days upon reception. Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice, all original packaging and must be in unworn and undamaged condition. Customized, personalized products cannot be returned (such as engraving, resizing and other bonus services).
