SHIPMENT
During the process ordering the products and services, we will inform you of the delivery time as well as the various delivery options available for the products ordered. We reserve the right to divide the products ordered into several packages and/or shipments. Although ATELIER79 cannot guarantee a delivery time, it provides the following general shipping guidelines: the made-to-order products will generally be delivered within three (3) weeks from the date of order confirmation.
The delivery note must be signed and the package delivered by/to an adult person, aged at least 18 years old. Hence, the person receiving the delivery is deemed to have done so with your authorization.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
Please note that you are responsible for all customs duties and taxes, which can be paid upon delivery based on your country.

 

SHIPMENT LOCATION
The products will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided us. Please note that PO boxes and letterboxes cannot be used for the delivery of our products. You or a person of your choice that has your authorization must receive your order in person. If you indicate a hotel address as the delivery address for your order, please note that delivery can only be made to the person you have indicated in your order as authorized to receive it and that the products can under no circumstances be delivered to the hotel reception.

 

PROBLEMS OF SHIPMENT
Any failure to deliver or any delivery made after 10 (ten) working days from the date of shipment must be reported as soon as possible to our customer service by telephone on (+374) 93 123 132 or by e-mail sent to the address [email protected].

 

RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. In any unfortunate case where satisfaction is not met, ATELIER79 will honor all returns initiated within 14 days upon reception. Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice, all original packaging and must be in unworn and undamaged condition. Customized, personalized products cannot be returned (such as engraving, resizing and other bonus services).
